After serving 20 years in the United States Air Force and retiring as a Chief Master Sergeant, Chad transitioned to the private sector, bringing the values of integrity, excellence, and service to every endeavor. With a degree in Organizational Management, Chad has been in the recruiting industry since 2007, founding a successful behavioral health recruiting company known for connecting top talent with leading organizations. Passionate about giving back, Chad mentors military veterans, helping them transition to entrepreneurship. Based in Southern California, Chad continues to lead with innovation, service, and a commitment to helping others succeed.
