Production Manager (1st Shift)
*Location: Little Rock, AR*
*Pay: $90,000 – $110,000 Per Year*
*Relocation Assistance Available*
About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Production Manager to lead and drive operational excellence in our state-of-the-art food manufacturing facility. This first-shift role will oversee daily operations, champion team performance, and foster a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
– Lead the team to meet safety, quality, and operational standards.
– Facilitate team development through coaching, mentoring, and skill-building.
– Collaborate on department plans and execute strategic initiatives.
– Manage performance, staffing, and organizational development.
– Resolve safety issues, drive problem-solving efforts, and support a zero-loss culture.
– Partner in creating and executing the Department Master Plan.
– Communicate essential business information effectively to the team.
– Act as a technical resource and lead key technical/organizational projects.
What You Bring:
– A bachelor’s degree (Engineering preferred).
– At least 2 years in manufacturing operations.
– Strong leadership and people management skills.
– Background in food manufacturing (baking experience is a plus).
– Familiarity with High-Performance Work Teams (TPM, IWS, etc.).
