SAP TM Consultant – Remote

We are seeking an experienced SAP Transportation Management (TM) Consultant to join a high-performing delivery team. In this role, you will provide expertise in SAP TM, analyze business requirements, configure modules, and deliver tailored solutions for clients. The role requires initiative, multitasking, and adaptability to a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze transportation management needs.
• Configure and customize SAP TM modules, including transportation planning and freight order management.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications for implementation.
• Conduct testing, identify issues, and ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Create documentation and deliver training on SAP TM processes and best practices.
• Work with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP TM with other modules (e.g., SAP ECC, S/4HANA).
• Provide ongoing support, troubleshoot issues, and identify opportunities for process improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Supply Chain, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2+ years of SAP TM experience, including full lifecycle implementations.
• Hands-on expertise in SAP TM functionalities such as planning and optimization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel (25-50%, depending on project needs).

Preferred: SAP certifications, experience with SAP S/4HANA, and familiarity with ServiceNow.
