Job Title: Senior EWM Consultant

Position Summary

As a Senior EWM Consultant, you will be responsible for designing, configuring, testing, deploying, and supporting SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) solutions. In this role, you will provide leadership and guidance to team members, collaborate with stakeholders, and contribute to the successful implementation of high-quality deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

• Mentor and guide team members to enhance their professional capabilities.
• Collaborate with clients to analyze business requirements and translate them into effective solutions.
• Design, configure, and implement SAP EWM solutions aligned with business goals.
• Develop user manuals, training materials, and deliver end-user training sessions.
• Conduct thorough testing of SAP EWM solutions to ensure alignment with documented processes.
• Lead integration efforts between SAP EWM and other SAP modules or external systems.
• Identify and address system issues or inefficiencies, driving continuous improvement.
• Actively support testing, go-live activities, and post-implementation support.
• Some Travel – as needed

Qualifications

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, logistics, or information technology).
• 7+ years of experience working with SAP EWM solutions in functional or developmental roles.
• Expertise in SAP EWM in R/3 and S/4 environments.
• Proven experience with at least 3 full lifecycle SAP EWM implementations.
• Strong background in SAP EWM integration with other modules and data migration processes.

Skills and Competencies

• Advanced knowledge of SAP EWM functionality, configuration, and implementation.
• Ability to mentor team members and provide thought leadership within project teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to operate effectively in dynamic environments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse teams and clients.
• Functional understanding of ABAP code (preferred).
• Experience with related SAP modules, such as SAP GTS or SAP TM, is a plus.
