Senior SAP TM Consultant – Remote

We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP Transportation Management (TM) Consultant to join a dynamic delivery team. In this role, you’ll design, configure, and implement SAP TM solutions, working closely with clients to meet their transportation management needs. You’ll also mentor junior team members and contribute to strategic initiatives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead SAP TM implementations, including requirement gathering, configuration, testing, and deployment.
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications and customize SAP TM solutions accordingly.
  • Optimize transportation processes, including planning, freight management, carrier selection, and tendering.
  • Develop and deliver training and documentation for SAP TM users.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP TM with other modules and resolve complex issues.
  • Identify and implement process improvements and stay current with SAP TM advancements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Supply Chain, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 7+ years of relevant SAP TM experience, including full lifecycle implementations.
  • Expertise in SAP TM functionalities such as planning, freight management, and optimization.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Some travel

Preferred: SAP certifications, experience with SAP S/4HANA, and familiarity with ServiceNow.
