Position Summary
We are seeking a skilled SAP EWM Consultant to join our client’s team. In this role, you will provide expertise and support for SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) projects, including analyzing business requirements, configuring EWM modules, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions. The ideal candidate is adaptable, solutions-driven, and thrives in dynamic environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients and business stakeholders to gather and analyze EWM requirements.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications for SAP EWM implementation and customization.
- Configure SAP EWM modules, including transportation planning, freight management, and carrier selection.
- Customize SAP EWM to meet client-specific needs, optimizing workflows and processes.
- Develop and execute test scenarios to ensure EWM configurations function as expected.
- Identify and resolve issues during the testing phase to deliver high-quality results.
- Create user manuals, configuration guides, and training materials for EWM functionalities.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP EWM with other modules and systems.
- Provide timely support and resolution for client issues related to SAP EWM.
- Stay updated on the latest SAP EWM functionality and enhancements.
- Foster continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to optimize processes and configurations.
- Contribute to end-to-end testing, go-live activities, and project documentation.
Qualifications
Education and Experience
- Background and/or education in logistics, distribution, MIS, IT, or related fields (required).
- 1+ years of experience in logistics, distribution, MIS, IT, or related professional roles (preferred).
- SAP experience in any module (preferred).
- Certification in MIS, CS, IS, IT, or related technical fields (SAP certification is a plus).

- Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Collaborative team player with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to SAP functionality, specifically EWM.
