Account Executive – Technology Solutions
Location: Southeastern U.S. (On-site Raleigh, NC)
Full-Time | Base + Uncapped Commission


About the Opportunity:
A fast-growing technology services firm is looking for a high-performing Account Executive to drive business growth through solution-oriented sales. This is a consultative role where you’ll partner with business leaders to address cybersecurity, IT, and operational challenges using proven, enterprise-grade solutions.

We support small to mid-sized organizations across key industries—helping them protect assets, streamline operations, and grow with confidence.


What You’ll Do:
You’ll lead the full sales cycle—from prospecting and discovery to proposal and close. You’ll collaborate with internal technical experts to craft tailored solutions that deliver measurable business value.

Business Development

  • Drive outbound efforts using platforms like LinkedIn and HubSpot

  • Qualify and follow up with inbound leads—no lead left behind

  • Strategically target ideal clients and refine messaging alongside marketing

Consultative Sales

  • Identify customer pain points and align them with IT and cybersecurity solutions

  • Collaborate with engineers, compliance advisors, and project teams to scope and deliver proposals

  • Present solutions, lead contract negotiations, and close deals


What You Bring:
We’re seeking driven sales professionals who know how to lead conversations, build trust, and close complex B2B deals.

Core Strengths:
✅ Skilled in consultative, solution-based selling
✅ Strong grasp of cybersecurity, managed IT services, and compliance drivers
✅ Ability to sell to executives at small and mid-sized companies
✅ Self-directed with a hunger for results
✅ Team-oriented mindset, willing to collaborate cross-functionally

Required Experience:

  • 5+ years of B2B sales in managed IT, cybersecurity, or SaaS

  • Proven record closing solution deals in the $25K–$250K range

  • Familiarity with frameworks like HIPAA, PCI-DSS, or FTC Safeguards

  • CRM fluency (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)

  • Confident communicator with C-suite executives
