Full-Time | Base + Uncapped Commission
About the Opportunity:
A fast-growing technology services firm is looking for a high-performing Account Executive to drive business growth through solution-oriented sales. This is a consultative role where you’ll partner with business leaders to address cybersecurity, IT, and operational challenges using proven, enterprise-grade solutions.
We support small to mid-sized organizations across key industries—helping them protect assets, streamline operations, and grow with confidence.
What You’ll Do:
You’ll lead the full sales cycle—from prospecting and discovery to proposal and close. You’ll collaborate with internal technical experts to craft tailored solutions that deliver measurable business value.
Business Development

Drive outbound efforts using platforms like LinkedIn and HubSpot

Qualify and follow up with inbound leads—no lead left behind

Strategically target ideal clients and refine messaging alongside marketing
Consultative Sales

Identify customer pain points and align them with IT and cybersecurity solutions

Collaborate with engineers, compliance advisors, and project teams to scope and deliver proposals

Present solutions, lead contract negotiations, and close deals
What You Bring:
We’re seeking driven sales professionals who know how to lead conversations, build trust, and close complex B2B deals.

Required Experience:

5+ years of B2B sales in managed IT, cybersecurity, or SaaS

Proven record closing solution deals in the $25K–$250K range

Familiarity with frameworks like HIPAA, PCI-DSS, or FTC Safeguards

CRM fluency (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
