Position Summary:
Our client is seeking an experienced Icertis Contract Intelligence (ICI) Consultant to design, configure, and implement Icertis CLM solutions that streamline contract lifecycle management. This role blends requirements discovery, configuration, integration, and user enablement to deliver secure, scalable, and compliant CLM solutions supporting legal, commercial, and operational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead discovery and requirements workshops with legal, procurement, and business stakeholders; document and translate needs into functional requirements and success criteria.
- Design ICI data models, workflows, templates, clause libraries, and security roles; perform configuration and validate against requirements.
- Manage end-to-end implementation activities including build, testing (unit, integration, UAT), cutover, and go-live support.
- Recommend CLM best practices for authoring, review, approvals, obligation management, and reporting workflows.
- Define and support integrations with eSignature tools, ERPs, contract repositories, and third-party systems; assist with data mapping and migration.
- Deliver training sessions and create documentation including user guides, runbooks, and training materials.
- Produce clear design documents, configuration rationales, test plans, and post-implementation materials to ensure compliance and audit readiness.
- Communicate project status, risks, and recommendations effectively with client and internal teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on Icertis CLM (ICI) configuration and implementation experience.
- At least one full end-to-end ICI implementation (discovery through go-live) with measurable deliverables.
- Experience integrating ICI with eSignature platforms and enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, document storage).
- Experience supporting CLM data migrations and configuration validation.
- Proven ability to lead discovery sessions and translate business requirements into functional solutions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for documentation and presentations.
- Experience with other CLM tools (ContractWorks, Agiloft, Apttus, Conga) is a plus.
- Experience in public sector, defense contracting, or regulated industries is a plus.
- Familiarity with API integrations, SSO/SAML, and middleware is a plus.
- Prior experience working remotely in matrixed delivery environments preferred.
- U.S. Citizenship required for government clearance.
- Must have an active government clearance or be able to obtain a Public Trust clearance before starting.
